From the get-go, Event Caddy PRO gives you the ability to send 500 text messages. Each phone number you text counts as a message, so if you send a text to 100 phone numbers to remind your players that tomorrow is the event, it means you'll have 400 messages left. If you need to send more than 500 messages, we've got you covered - you can purchase more 'credits' which will allow you to send more messages. Here's how:

  1. From your admin dashboard, select MARKETING TOOLS > Text Messaging from the side navigation. On this screen you will see a tab labelled 'Send Text Message. Select this to reveal the 'Buy More Credits' button. Select the 'Buy More Credits' button.

  2. On the pop up that appears you'll use the slider to select how many people you want to be able to send messages do. The box on the right of the slider will auto-update so you can see how much it will cost. For example, if you drag the slider to '300' the cost of purchasing these additional messages to send to 300 people will be '$30'. Once you've decided how many credits you want to purchase, select the 'Buy Credits' button.

  3. On the next screen simply fill in your credit card details before selecting the 'Buy Credits' button.

  4. On the following screen, verify all the information is correct before completing the transaction by selecting the 'By Credits' button.

  5. You'll receive a confirmation pop up like the one shown below.

  6. Once you close the confirmation window the counter for your text messages will auto update based on how many 'credits' you purchased. Using our example of purchasing '300' credits, if you previously had '100' left your new total would be '400' as shown by the below screenshot.
