Event Caddy's Live Scoring and Live Leaderboard features are a great way to enhance the experience for all golfers at your event – and it’s super easy! (PRO & ELITE tournaments only)

When logged in to your Event Caddy account, go to Schedule Tools > Live Score Setting, and select 'Activate Live Scoring'. From there you will choose your golf course, the tees you will be playing from and the tournament format (scramble or best ball). You will also want to confirm that all the course details are correct.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your course, or you see a message saying your course is not supported, please contact us with a copy of the scorecard and we will input the information into our database.

As you scroll down the page, you will con to an 'Ad Management' section. This is where you can upload your own custom ad or sponsor. This banner image will be displayed where golfers enter their scores via the app. It's a great way to promote a major sponsor - or consider selling a 'Live Scoring Sponsor' in your online store.

As you scroll further down the page, you will come to another section called 'Leaderboard'. If enabled, a link will appear on your event site 1 day prior to your event for players and guests to see the leaderboard. This will remain active for 30 days after your event date, in case you want to send a follow up email congratulating the top group or players can access for additional bragging rights!

When you're done, simply select 'Save Setting' button at the bottom of the page. That's it. Congratulations on setting up Live Scoring for your tournament!
