If you're at this stage of your tournament planning process, congratulations! This means most of your players have signed up and are ready to be assigned to holes. Using the Group Pairings page you can group singles, twosomes and foursomes together or regroup them if needed.
Access Start List & Pairings:
Navigate to Player Management -> Group Pairings from the side navigation of your admin dashboard.
Assign Players to Holes:
Click and drag on groups or players to assign them to specific holes, or use the 'Add Group' option within the hole to assign players to it.
A list of all your registered players (groups) will appear on the left side of the screen.
Schedule Auto-saves:
The group pairings will now auto-save as you make changes. Be sure you have internet activity on your computer, otherwise you can make another change once your connection is back to save everything.
Note: The number of players per group and the number of groups per hole are both gathered from My Event -> Event Setup & Settings and can be adjusted there as needed. By default, Event Caddy supports 18 foursome groups per event. If you need to increase this, you can adjust the number of groups per hole under the Event Setup & Settings section. This allows you to accommodate larger events and include more participants seamlessly.

How can I name my team?
Players will be asked to enter their team name when using the app on game day.
Can I have more than 2 groups per hole( i.e. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d groups)?
Since the currently available options are one or two groups per hole, please reach out to one of our agents via the chat option, and we can accommodate more than two if necessary.
Can I increase the number of holes past 36?
The current options are 9, 18, 27 and 36. If you need to increase the number of holes past 36, please contact our support team using the chat icon on the bottom right to discuss the best option for your tournament.
Can I see more holes at one time?
You can use the collapse option at the top right of the Group Pairings page to collapse the life side menu and see more at one time.
