Whether you're a new or a returning administrator, upgrading your tournament is a quick and simple process!

First access your tournament list from the 'My Tournaments' section and click on the name of the tournament you want to upgrade. On the very next page that loads, you'll have the option of upgrading to Pro or Elite, you may need to scroll down for the Elite option:

If you've already completed the initial tournament setup and those options aren't visible, you can select any of the Pro features from the side menu, such as Online Store or Silent Auction to upgrade on the next available page. If you'd like to upgrade to Elite at this stage or later, please contact our support team (support@eventcaddy.com).
