As a tournament organizer you shouldn't have to start you player list from scratch each time. That's why we've made it super simple to export contacts from a past tournament and import them into your new one. Here's how:
Once you're logged into your admin dashboard, by default you will land on the My Tournaments page.
For any of your tournaments listed, you can:
a) Select the 3 dots on the far right side of the screen to bring up a sub menu where you can choose to export all contacts from that tournament. Select the 'Export Contacts' option to download a csv file of all your contacts that can be opened in Excel.
b) Select the 'Export Past Tournament Contacts' button at the top right of the page to export all contacts from all previous tournaments. This will allow you to download a csv file of all your contacts that can be opened in Excel.
With your contact list in hand, you can now use it to Import Contacts, send Player Registration Emails or One-Time Marketing Emails.
