FAQs

1. Do I, or my clients, need a new account?

No. If you have an existing FITR coach or client account you can continue using these logins.

2. What do my clients need to do?

Download your new custom app from one of the Stores and sign in, that's it.

Clients program access, subscriptions, payment history, workout history, messages, etc will stay with the client and be available as soon as they login to your app.

3. What can I customise?

Firstly the app's name, description and preview images / videos on each App Store. You'll even have your own ratings and reviews!

Choose colours for every part of the app, including text and backgrounds. Select different colours for light mode and dark mode from a colour wheel or perfectly match your brand with RGBA/HEX codes.

Customise the login screen and splash screen so that clients experience your brand from the first moment they download the app and login.

Define even more detail with your own launcher icon, a selection of program card sizes, navigation icons, the order of icons and default images used.

Combine the above with more customisation, such as your own exercise videos and welcome messages, and your custom app will truly represent your brand.

4. How does it work?

You'll continue to use the FITR Coach Web App to create programs and manage clients.

FITR will publish the app on your behalf and be responsible for app updates and maintenance, leaving you to concentrate on clients and programming.

Your custom app will benefit from FITR's large development team. All new features, improvements and fixes applied to FITR will be applied to your app too.

5. What's the difference between Custom App and White Label?

White Label allows some powerful in-app branding, but still requires clients to download the FITR Client App.

The Custom App goes a step further – it puts your brand on the app stores and gives you additional customisation options so you can make our platform look and feel like your own.
