Refunds for FITR program purchases are handled by the coach, not by FITR centrally. If you want a refund, the process starts with contacting your coach, because they are the ones who approve and process it.

⚙️ How refunds work on FITR
Refunds are the coach's decision. FITR does not process refunds centrally or on behalf of coaches. Your coach decides whether a refund is appropriate, and once approved, processes it from their dashboard. The money typically returns to your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable under FITR's terms, as you pay for access during a billing period, and that period has been provided. That said, coaches make their own decisions and may offer exceptions based on your situation.
One-off program purchases are also at the coach's discretion, though coaches are often more flexible here if the issue arose quickly after purchase.

Contact your coach directly — use the Inbox in the FITR app or any contact details they have shared with you
Explain your situation clearly — what you purchased, when, and why you are requesting a refund
If the coach approves, they will process the refund from their dashboard. You will receive it within 5 to 10 business days
🔧 What to do if you cannot reach your coach
If your coach is not responding through the app, try any other contact details they have shared; email, Instagram, WhatsApp. FITR Support cannot process refunds or contact coaches on your behalf for individual billing disputes.
If you genuinely cannot reach your coach and have a legitimate payment concern, you have two options:
Contact FITR Support — while we cannot process refunds for coaches, we can advise on your options and escalate cases of genuine coach unavailability
Contact your bank or card provider — if you are unable to resolve the matter with your coach, you may be entitled to raise a payment dispute through your bank
