How do I get a refund for a training program I've purchased?

Our software fully supports the ability for coaching providers to process refunds.

Refunds for subscription payments are typically non-refundable as per FITR's terms of business.

We can't process refunds centrally for you. Please contact your coaching provider directly through the Inbox feature. Log on to your account to see this at the top of your screen. Alternatively, you may contact your coach via their provided email address for further assistance.

Note - The decision to issue a refund is entirely a coach's, not FITR's. FITR defers to the coach's discretion regarding refunds, as programs are their products. Coaches may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

In some cases, FITR may offer a discount on your subscription fee as an alternative to a full refund if you choose to continue using the service.

Steps to Take for Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Contact your coach: Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of your coach. You can reach out to them directly via the app or through their provided email address.

  2. Manage within the FITR app: Log in to your account and navigate to the subscription management section. From there, you can cancel your subscription or find the coach's contact details to communicate any special requests.

  3. Use email communication: If contacting the coach through the app is not an option, consider sending them an email describing your request and including relevant details.
