We can't process refunds centrally for you. Please contact your coaching provider directly through the Inbox feature. Log on to your account to see this at the top of your screen.
Note - The decision to issue a refund is entirely a coach's, not FITR's. FITR defers to the coach's discretion regarding refunds, as programs are their products.
