We recognize that many of our users may need to function as both coaches and clients. Below is a guide to help you set up an additional account using the same email address.
Important Note: This is a temporary workaround while we develop a more seamless solution. In the future, you will be able to set up and switch between coach and client accounts easily without needing to log in and out.
Steps to Set Up a New Account:
Log Out: First, log out of your current account.
Start the Onboarding Process:
Go to Fitr Training Onboarding.
Select the type of account you need (coach or client).
Enter Your Email with a Modification:
When prompted for your email address, add "+1" to your existing email.
For example, if your current email is info@example.com, use info+1@example.com.
By using this method, you won’t need to create or use a different email address.
