Custom / Group rolling calendar programs
These programs are built on a Jan-Dec calendar by the coach, therefore when you rejoin, you'll jump in on the date you join. There's no possibility to 'start from the beginning' again.
Session 1, day 1 program
When you rejoin you'll be offered the choice to start from the very beginning or jump in where you left off. This choice is totally up to you as the client.
Starting from the beginning will NOT impact any performance, challenge and personal record entries from the first time you followed the program.
