Session 1 Day 1 programs, unlike Group Rolling Calendars, mean each new client starts ‘from the start’, from the first day of the program, and moves forward from there, without necessarily jumping straight in to training sessions others are already doing and/or potentially better prepared for.
When a client signs up, they'll have the ability to set their own start date. E.g. a client subscribes on a Friday, they can start the program on the following Monday.
When a client joins the program, they will be given the first 7 days of training. As each day progresses, they will be given the next day of training. (The system updates once per day each night).
Note - any updates by a coach only update to clients once per day (unique to this program type)
Manage one calendar schedule for all clients

New clients start from the beginning (Session 1, Day 1, Week 1)
Fresh training content added over time ahead of furthest most client

System default to 7-day ahead visibility
Clients can reschedule themselves anywhere within their current period. Coaches can reschedule clients to any day and week
(1) Create (2) Write (3) Invite
1 - Create a Session 1 Day 1 Program
The program can be thought of like a product regards which you’ll describe and define program settings, welcome message, waiver etc and set a price for it.
2 - Start Writing Content
You only write the program content once. This is how you can efficiently program and coach thousands of clients in one go, whilst features in FITR, such as Personal Records, still ensure the experience feels individualised and personal as much as possible.
All the clients you sign up will be seeing the same calendar schedule and the same content. On a Session 1 Day 1 program clients can and often will be on very different days and weeks of the same program.
3 - Invite Clients
The content of a Session 1 Day 1 program is not bespoke to each client. Any changes a coach makes to the content affects all clients with access to that program.
Here is the link to our help article covering how to create a program for any program type.
It can be useful to review free example programs from FITR and live coaches when considering the choice of program type and content creation for your own clients.
