A coach's workflow in FITR is different from other providers.
In FITR coaches ‘Create - Write - Invite’:
creating programs, writing content inside them, and then inviting clients to sign up to those programs is all done whilst logged into a coach account via web browser
coach app is NOT designed for these tasks

then invite clients to sign up to those programs
Inviting clients:
The four program 'types' coaches choose from when creating programs have two options to invite clients which are common to them all.
'Email' option automatically emails the program's unique URL, which links to that program's signup flow of that program, to all email addresses a coach inputs.
'URL' option lets coaches copy the program's unique URL and place this anywhere; their website, within emails or messages, within their social media etc
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for 1-2-1 PROGRAM INVITATIONS
A 1-2-1 program has no single central calendar!
1-2-1 is designed so each individual client stored within it (an analogy for a 1-2-1 program is it's like a 'holding folder' for managing multiple private clients) has their own separate and private calendar schedule
If a client signs up to a 1-2-1 program as a result of 'email' or 'URL' options their client account won't be linked to it until they have. This means they would join the program to find an empty personal calendar with no content
The coach can then start programming just for them
However 'Manual invite' and 'Invite Past Clients' options create a special pre-invite calendar to ensure a new 1-2-1 client signs up to content inside their private calendar:
adds a new, additional, private, 'pre-invite calendar' inside the 1-2-1 program
all pre-invite calendars are held inside the program's 'pending clients' tab
specifically so the coach can pre-load them with content
assigning a name and email address does not send an invitation
only when the coach is ready do they choose to send an actual invitation to a specific individual to sign up and access it
used to track calendar and prepare for later
coach can prepare multiple private 'pre-invite calendars' at once
Note - FITR Coach App is NOT for creating programs, writing content inside them, or inviting clients to sign up to programs.
Each separate account in FITR, regardless of actual owner or type of account, needs to be associated with a unique email.
If a coach is inviting someone to be a client on their program and that person's email is already assigned to a coach account or assigned as an' invited coach' then their invitation must use a different email address.
Invite clients whilst creating a program
Depending on the program type you're creating you can either invite clients before you start programming (manual invitation option unique for 1-2-1 programs) or after you've started programming (Fixed Length, Group Rolling Calendar and Session 1 Day 1 programs).

Once you've completed the first Info & Price step, you'll have four options to invite clients when creating a 1-2-1 Program. You can use one all or four of the options.
Invite current clients
Manually add
Email
Program URL
1. Invite current clients
You can choose one or more current clients to invite to the program. Once added they'll move to the 'Pending' tab. This allows you to create programming for the client before they join the program. Once you're ready, you can then send a program invite to the client and the programming you've created will be waiting for them in the app.
2. Manually add
Entering their name and email address through this option displays them in a 1-2-1 program's 'Pending' clients tab. This allows a coach to write programming content in a unique calendar prior to inviting the client to subscribe to that program and access that calendar personal to them. Once you're ready you can then send an invite to the client to subscribe. The content in their unique calendar, will be waiting for them.
3. Email
Simply send a link to the program via an email. Unlike the previous two options, clients will receive the program invite immediately. Please keep this in mind as a lot of coaches prefer to add programming then invite clients.
IMPORTANT: If you invite clients this way, you will need to wait for them to accept the invite and join the program before you can send them training. This is an important difference between the "Email" and "Manually add" options for a coach. The "Email" option sends an invitation to a new client who does not have any record in our system. Consequently, it is not possible to start programming for the client until they create an account and purchase a plan. And that is a reason why this coach wasn't able to see them in "Pending" tab. When the "Manually add" option is used, a coach adds the client's first name, last name, and email. After that, a client with "Invited user" status is recorded in our system, and the coach can start programming for them (invited clients are displayed in "Pending" tab). Regarding these options for a client, they work exactly the same way. The client receives an invitation email with a link to the coach's plan and follows identical steps.
4. Program URL
Simply copy and share the program's direct unique URL link anywhere you want.
IMPORTANT: If you invite clients this way, you will need to wait for them to accept the invite and join the program before you can send them training.
Invite clients to a Fixed Length, Group Rolling Calendar or Session 1 Day 1, whilst creating a program.
After completing the first two steps, Info & Pricing and Programming, you'll be able to invite clients using two options.
Email: Simply send a link to the program via an email. Unlike the previous two options, clients will receive the program invite immediately.
Program URL: Simply copy and share the program's direct unique URL link anywhere you want.
Inviting more clients in the future
There's three ways to find the invite options in the future. When selected these will provide the same options as outlined above.
1. 'More' menu option from the program list
From the main Programs list page, select More and 'Sign up new clients'.
2. On the overview page of your program
Select the name of the program from your main list, then select More.
3. Directly on a client's name
If you know the name of a client who needs a program, head to their name and click the More option.
