Make Your Day Your Own
Each part of the day is yours to design. It can be a warm-up, client notes, training guidance, or anything else you can think of. You're in control!
Here’s an example: the coach has used a part to build a warm-up and organize key training activities for the client.
Adding a New Part
Ready to get started? Simply hover over the Add Training Block icon on any day.
A sidebar will pop up, letting you create your block. Give it a title, add instructions for your client, and start building.
Whether it’s a detailed breakdown or a simple note, you’re in charge of what it will be. Clients can also leave performance notes for each part you create, so splitting up your day into clear sections can be super helpful.
Adding Media to Your Parts
Want to make it even better? Add media to your block! Whether it’s videos, images, or documents, it’s easy to enhance your instructions.
Upload your own media
Link YouTube videos
Documents and PDF's
Use professionally shot FITR Training videos under 'Suggested Media'
Your clients will love seeing proper movement demos or extra resources to guide them.
Once added, your media will look like this:
Advanced Features
You can link personal records directly to a part. It’s a slightly advanced feature, but you can learn more by clicking here.
Looking to add daily leaderboards or challenges? Just click the links to learn how those features work.
Want to add even more parts to a day? You can click click the relevant icon to get started or use the handy Ctrl+N shortcut.
Saving Your Day
Once you’re happy with your schedule, hit Save in the bottom right corner, and you’re done. Easy peasy!
What Your Clients See
On the client side, training block text areas display up to 20 lines of text. If there’s more, a “Show More” button lets them expand the content. They can also collapse it again with a “Show Less” option.
And 'show less'
When your client completes a training block, it will be highlighted in your White Label’s primary colour—like this:
