Head to 'Settings' from the main drop down menu and then into 'Subscription'. Before proceeding, ensure you are logged in to your FITR coach account.
Within the subscription options, the Unlimited Plan is available for selection if you wish to upgrade your features.
To upgrade to the Unlimited Plan, simply select it from the list of plans under 'My Plan' in your account settings and confirm your choice.
Then click on 'Change my plan.
If your subscription status appears incorrect, verify that all inactive or deleted clients have their subscriptions fully canceled. Note that system updates may take time to reflect.
Depending on what plan you're on and what plan you want to move to you'll see slightly different options. If you have more than 5 active clients you won't be able to move to the Starter Plan for example.
To verify your subscription status, check the list of active clients in your account. Ensure recent cancellations are fully processed and allow time for system updates.
Click 'Switch to' on your desired plan to move to that plan. You may see certain details about when the move will happen, e.g. at the next billing date.
After making changes to your subscription, the new features should be available immediately. However, occasional short delays may occur due to system processing times.
