I've reached the 5 client limit on my FREE plan

What happens when you reach 5 clients?

If you’re on the Free Plan, you can support up to 5 active clients at no cost.

  • An active client is any client with a subscription (free or paid) to one of your programs.

  • Once you hit this limit, you won’t be able to add any more clients unless you upgrade to the PROFESSIONAL Plan.

If a new client tries to sign up when you’ve already reached your 5-client limit, they’ll see this message:

“The provider has reached their client limit. Please contact the coach about upgrading their account.”

You’ll also receive a notification letting you know someone tried to subscribe but you’ve reached the Free Plan’s limit.


How to grow beyond 5 clients

To continue adding clients, you’ll need to upgrade to the PROFESSIONAL Plan. With this plan:

  • You’ll always have access to all features (Tracks, Subscriptions, Branding, Zapier integration, etc.).

  • Your monthly price depends only on your active client band:
