You've just received this message and you want to know what it means:
"The provider has reached their client limit. Please contact the coach about upgrading their account to unlimited clients"
If you have received this message it means the coach has reached the client limit associated with their account.
Don't worry though, when you tried to purchase the program and received this message, we also let the coaching provider know at the same time. Once the coach upgrades their coaching account they'll be able to manage more clients.
