How do I delete my account

Client accounts:

Please log into the client app and head to your 'Account' from your profile icon in the navigation bar. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see an option to delete your account.

You can also delete your account from your web account. Just log onto app.fitr.training and head to your Profile. Scroll down and you'll see the option to delete your account.

NOTE: Any active program subscriptions will also be cancelled when you delete your account.

We're sorry to see you go. Please remember all your training data will be lost and can't be recovered. Client accounts will always be free to keep if you decide to do so, and you can always look back at old training data.

Coach Accounts:

On Web: Head to your Account Settings, here on the General tab you'll see 'Delete account' under the account name.

On Mobile: Navigate to My Accounts from within your Profile, select the three dot menu icon next to the account you'd like to delete and select delete.

NOTE: An account can not be deleted whilst there are active Client Subscriptions to Programs, these will need to be cancelled first.

Your coach account subscription is automatically cancelled once you delete your account. You'll have access until the next scheduled payment date.
