How clients can switch programs

If a client wishes to move from one program to another, and not remain on the program(s) the steps are very simple:

  • unsubscribe from the program no longer required (all historical programming content paid for up until that date will still be accessible in your calendar, unless the coach who provided it completely deletes their coach account).

  • if leaving multiple programs a client will need to unsubscribe to each separately.

  • click on the URL link to the new program one wishes to subscribe to, and sign up.

The sign up process will be faster, because a client already has a client account on FITR, and has already added a payment method.

Please note that from October 2024 a client will need to assign a payment method to each coach they subscribe/buy programs from, even if this payment method is the same.
