Summary
Tracks are displayed in alphabetical order by default, but you can manually control their order by adding numbers to the start of each track name.
When to use this
You want Tracks to appear in a specific order for clients
You’re organising Tracks by difficulty, phase, or priority
The default alphabetical order doesn’t suit your setup
Before you start
Track ordering applies across your programs on FITR
Tracks are grouped by Active and Archived
The default Track always appears at the top
How Track ordering works
By default:
Tracks are listed alphabetically
Active and Archived Tracks are shown in separate groups
Each group is sorted alphabetically
The default Track always stays at the top
There’s no drag-and-drop ordering at this time.
5. How to customise the order (recommended method)
You can control the order by adding numbers to the start of Track names.
Step-by-step:
Open the Track you want to reorder
Edit the Track name
Add a number at the start of the name
Example:
1 – Beginner2 – Intermediate3 – Advanced
Save your changes
Tracks will now appear in numerical order instead of purely alphabetical order.
Example
Before (default alphabetical order):
After (numbered order):
Important notes
Numbers determine the display order
Use consistent numbering to keep ordering clear
Renaming Tracks does not affect client progress or data
