Customize Your CRM

You can customize CRM stages, data columns, tags and more to make it the perfect tool for your deal.

Customize CRM Stages

On the CRM tab, click the settings button at the far right of your CRM stages.

This will open a stage editor where you can edit names and colors of existing stages and/or add a new stage!

You can reorder stages by dragging and dropping them into your desired order. Remember that automations tied to existing stages may be impacted by edits you make to your stages.


Customize CRM Columns

When viewing the CRM page, click the gear next to the 'Add Contact' button.

Click 'Manage columns'

This will open a column editor where you can edit names and colors of existing stages and/or add a new column!


Customize Tags

Utilizing tags is a great way to manage segments of contacts in your CRM.

You can view contact tags and filter by tag in the 'Tags' column of the CRM.

To add a new tag, click the + sign in the Tags column. You'll be able to select existing tags or create a new tag.
