How to Add Contacts to Finta from Email

Add email threads and contacts to your CRM with a quick tag.

From you email inbox (Gmail or Outlook), you can tag a conversation to add the contact and log the thread in your CRM.


For Gmail:

  • Right click on the email in your inbox

  • Label the conversation

  • Create or use the lebel 'Finta'


For Outlook:

  • Right click on the email in your inbox

  • Categorize the conversation

  • Create or use the tag 'Finta'


Once a conversation is tagged, Aurora will add the contact to the CRM and begin tracking emails with this contact.
