Navigate to the 'Deals' page at the top of the page.
Create a new deal by clicking the button in the top right of the page.
Input basic information to get started. Name your deal and enter a target amount. If you have a deck, now is a great time to add it, but if you don't, you'll be able to proceed without it and upload one later.
Note that after you activate your deal, deal amount will lock and cannot be edited. But, you can easily duplicate your deals to change terms for a new link.
Once your deal is created, you can edit it and customize details and documents that you'll share.
Once you've opened the deal builder, you can build a custom data sharing space using the components on the right, or choose from the template library. If you select a template to get started - you can still customize the properties to be the perfect match for your deal.
Change basic settings for your deal room at the top right of the page:
Adjust access requirements (public, email required, or verified email required).
Add a water mark to viewed documents to ensure security on confidential docs.
Allow viewers to download deal documents as a zip.
Once you've added components to your Deal, you can edit copy, add links, and directly connect documents stored in your Finta account.
Edit components when they're highlighted at the bottom right of the deal building page.
Once you've set up your deal - preview and/or save it in the top left corner.
Once you're deal is finalized - you can quickly copy the link to the page for prospects from the Deals page. You're ready to start sharing your deal!
