Aurora is trained on two decades of knowledge, full access to the internet, and personalized to your Finta information including your deal and CRM. You can utilize Aurora to research individuals which will then create a contact summary for you.
How to Research Contacts Using Aurora
Navigate to the CRM. Aurora will automatically research contacts added to your CRM, you'll know when she's performing research on a contact because this icon will appear next to their name.
Aurora will add as many details as she can about the contact - including email, LinkedIn, employment information, etc.
Once Aurora's research is complete, you can view a summary of the contact in the CRM. Availability of a summary is indicated with the 'Available' tag on the contact's research tab.
Click on the research tab of the contact to view Aurora's summary. This is a great way to educate yourself before outreach or a meeting, and also provide Aurora with context on this contact to help with outreach.
You can ask Aurora questions about this contact and chat with her to perform deeper or more specific research. You can ask her to update the contact any time to add new information that you learn.
