Real Time Tracking of your Team Members (Mobile app feature)

What is Geo-Fencing?

To better manage your team members working out in the field, geo fencing gives you a real time approximate location of your cleaner during the time tracking process as they move through their scheduled bookings.

Please note: For geo-fencing to work correctly, your team will need to be connected to their network data or to wifi and allow permission for the app to use their location.

How does Geo-Fencing Work?

  • You'll now be able to visually see within the View Progress pop up the estimated location of the team when they click on the way, check in, or check out.

  • Within your mobile dashboard screen, you can click the various status buttons to see any given team, and the location of each team when they initiated each action (on the way, check in and check out)

Check in/ Check out Rules

  • A geo-fence of 1/4 mile or .402 kilometers has been enabled.

  • Your teams will need to be within this radius of the service address in order to successfully check in or check out of a booking.

    • If the team member is too far away from the service address, they will not be allowed to check in/out and will see a pop up which directs them to try again once they are within the 1/4 mile/.402 km radius.

  • If a team member is close enough to the service address within the radius, they will be able to successfully check in and out of the job.

Icon Legend

Within your View Progress pop up on mobile, here's a breakdown of what you will see

  • House icon- Service location

  • Yellow van icon - Team is on the way

  • Blue van icon - The team has Checked in

  • Green van icon - Team has Checked out

  • Red van icon - Team is delayed or running late

View Progress Screen

  1. Find the booking and click into it or select the booking within the status button on home screen and click into it.

  2. Scroll down and click View Progress Button

3. A pop up will display with a map and the approximate location for each action taken by team on booking (on the way, check in, check out) in relation to the service address.

Timelogs

From the Dashboard, click Timelogs to view time tracking data with timestamps for actions taken. data will display fully once the booking is checked out
