Accessing Merchant Track-Pulse
To view transactions processed via Credit Card using Launch27 Pay, you will first need to access Merchant track to view Pulse.
Hover over the reports icon from your left toolbar, and select Merchant Track
Once you select Merchant Track, you will be directed to your Dashboard.
Pulse Highlights
Familiar Navigation Layout- Pulse keeps the left-side navigation you’re used to from Merchant Track, so moving around the platform feels intuitive from the start.
Insight-Ready Dashboard-The dashboard now displays datapoints for one merchant at a time, adding focused insights like trend comparisons to the previous period. Recent Funding now shows specific amounts for all merchants.
Quick Filter Bars to Replace Parameters Pages A consistent filter bar across the dashboard & reports helps quickly adjust date ranges, merchants, and any other parameters you’re used to. No more going back and forth to the Parameters pages!
Neat & Tidy Transaction Search-The most used search fields are highlighted, while all options are still available under More Filters.
Streamlined Reporting Experience- Reports use the standard filters found throughout Pulse, with Report Explorer serving as the central starting point for navigating to each report. Export options sit together in the top-right. The More Filters button offers other parameter options you’re used to, such as changing Date Type. Merchant Statement parameters display in a pop-up. Please disable pop-up blockers.
Streamlined Details Pages- Transaction Details now includes larger buttons for Void/Refund and Receipt, and all information shows in a single scrolling column. Other Details reports (Funding Details, Chargeback Details, & Merchant Deposit Report) are also reorganized to highlight the most important data at the top. Below the Amount Summary, section Tabs maintain access to all the additional details you’re familiar with.
Large Exports Stand Out- Large CSV exports that are too big to automatically download now appear in a dedicated Large Exports page within the Reporting section.
Personalized User Settings-Create a more tailored experience by updating your default time zone, default merchant, and language at any time in Settings. These preferences shape what loads first on the dashboard & reports
Pulse Dashboard
The Pulse dashboard highlights key data and trends while maintaining a familiar navigation structure.
Key dashboard features include:
Transaction Amount – Total dollar amount of all transactions within the time period selected in the filter bar (e.g., Last 30 Days).
Transaction Count – Total number of transactions within the time period selected in the filter bar (e.g., Last 30 Days).
Average Ticket Amount – Average dollar amount per transaction within the time period selected in the filter bar (e.g., Last 30 Days).
Daily Volume Chart – Hover over any date point in the chart to view the total processing volume for that week.
Recent Funding Summaries – Displays total funding amounts and their corresponding funded dates. Select “See More” in the top right corner to expand the chart for a detailed funding summary.
Merchant Statement – Summary of monthly account funding activity, including transactions, refunds, and fees. Select the “View” tab at the bottom left of the chart to access filters and view a specific merchant statement.
Report Explorer
Access a variety of reports via the Reports Explorer.

Large Exports
This section displays the status of export requests that contain a large volume of records. When processing is complete, a download option will be provided here.
Transaction Search
Use this section to search for a specific transaction. You can refine your results by applying the available filters to narrow down your search.
Business Financing
If eligible, the Business Financing section displays a pre‑approved financing offer. Within this tab, users can view the initial pre‑approved amount, adjust the offer to meet their needs, and submit an application for capital. Once an application is approved, this section will show the status and additional details for the active financing.
Note: The Business Financing tab only appears for accounts that qualify for this feature. Because not all accounts are approved for capital advances, this option may not be available in every instance.
PCI Compliance
Selecting this option opens a new window where you can view all PCI Compliance documents and processes.
Settings
General-In this section, you can view your user information and update your password. You can also view and search for Merchant Users, as well as review associated User Claims.
