Pricing Parameters – Overview

Pricing Parameters give you more control over the price of a Service by adding a multiplier to the cost of a booking.

For example:

If you have a service (i.e. Two Bedroom Home for $89) and you want to charge more based on the number of Bathrooms they have.

Simply add a Pricing Parameter for “Bathrooms (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc)” at $30 per bathroom.

When the Customer chooses a Two Bedroom Home cleaning with 2 bathrooms, the final price of their Booking would be $159.

1. Go to Settings > Services > Pricing Parameter

2. Select Add New and enter your values

3. Enter a Name for the pricing parameter (Bathroom, Half Bathroom, Square Footage, etc)

4. Select the Services you want the pricing parameter to be linked to

5. Choose between Flat Pricing, or Pricing Ranges

6. Enter a Price for each Pricing Parameter (price for each bathroom, etc)

7. Choose the minimum to maximum of pricing parameters

8. Enter the Duration for each pricing parameter

9. Save Changes

1. Go to Settings > Services > Pricing Parameters

2. Select the green edit icon next to the Pricing Parameter you want to edit

The system will not allow you to permanently delete a pricing parameter. You can only Archive a pricing parameter in order to prevent existing bookings with the pricing parameter to be affected.

1. Go to Settings > Services > Pricing Parameters

2. Select the "x" next to the Pricing Parameter that you want to Archive
