Can I change the recipient’s details or cancel an international money transfer?

Learn what to do if you need to correct recipient details or cancel an international transfer.

Due to compliance reasons, it is not possible to modify recipient details once a money transfer has been initiated.

The only option is to cancel the transaction, provided it has not yet been completed, and then resend the transfer with the correct information.

Important:

  • Cancellation cannot be done directly from the app.

  • You must contact our customer service team so we can process your request.
