Can I edit recipient details after sending?
Due to compliance regulations, it is not possible to modify recipient details once the transfer has been initiated.
What can I do if I made a mistake?
The only available option is to cancel the transaction, as long as it has not yet been completed.
You may then resend the transfer with the correct information.
How do I request a cancellation?
Transfers cannot be canceled directly from the app.
You must contact our customer service team so we can process your request.
If the recipient details are wrong, the transaction will automatically fail and the funds will be returned to your account.
