Influencer: Understand your reports.

Your reports provide an in-depth insight into your sales data and clicks for the campaigns you have been on, among other things.

What do the different reports show?

Note: You can filter on different parameters, such as the time period, by clicking on the funnel icon on all reports.

Commission: Your commission report shows the movements in your earnings filtered by status, date, type, the total amount of commission (also shows negative amounts if there are cancelled sales and thus commission has been deducted), the company, and the campaign.

Summarized: The report shows default daily performances. The data displayed here is the total data for all the campaigns you are on. Note that under the "sales" field, both discount code sales and sales made through your unique link are included - in other words, all your sales are shown here. UNLESS you filter by clicking on the funnel icon and choose a specific campaign, you will no longer be able to see discount code sales.

Daily: The report shows default daily performance for the last 30 days. Note that discount code sales are not included in these numbers. This report can be useful to look into which days your followers are most active.

Campaigns: The report shows default data for the current month. Note that discount code sales are not included in these numbers. Here you can see figures for each campaign you are active on.

Companies: The report shows default data for the current month. In this report, discount code sales are also included, so this is where you can get an overview of all sales for each company you collaborate with.

Sales: The report shows default all sales for the current month. Here you can filter by company if you only want sales displayed for a specific partner. Each sale is marked with a symbol on the left side of the sales report. You can hover over the symbol to get an explanation.

Symbol explanation in the sales report:

  • New indicates new sales that can still be cancelled, for example, if it is returned or similar.

    • The cross indicates sales that have been cancelled.

    • In progress indicates the sales that have been approved. After that, there will be some steps the sale needs to go through before it becomes clear to be paid out to your account.

    • The money bill indicates the sales that have been transferred to your Make Influence account. They will be paid out to your own bank account around the 1st of the following month (allow for extra bank days on weekends and holidays). Note that there may be longer payout times in some cases and that small amounts will remain on your Make Influence account until the amount reaches a certain size.

Instagram: When you use your unique hashtag on your stories and in your posts in your feed, we can track the reach and exposure of your posts. This way, you can keep an eye on how far your content reaches.

  • Make Influence posts: are the posts where you have used your unique hashtag

  • All posts: are all posts that you have posted on your Instagram - that is, both those where you have used your unique hashtag and those without your unique hashtag

Tip: On the right side, you will find an "eye symbol". By clicking on it, you can see a few more details about the sale.
