Brands aren't responding - what do I do?

Do you experience that companies are not responding to you? Then read on here.

I haven't received a response to my campaign application

When you apply to participate in a campaign, the company has 14 days to either accept or reject your application. If your campaign application is not answered within 14 days, it will expire and unfortunately be understood as the company not wishing to collaborate. Of course, you can always draw their attention on Instagram that you have sent them a campaign application and hope that they will check it out soon.

I have been accepted for a campaign, but they haven't contacted me yet?

If you have signed up for a campaign and have not yet heard from the company, it is important that you take control and start the conversation, so you can get your campaign going.

I'm missing a reply to my chat message

Have you sent a chat message to a company and waited a long time for a reply? Then you can try the following:

  1. Write again

    Maybe your message has gotten lost in the shuffle? Or maybe they just forgot to reply, so it might be a good idea to send a follow-up message.

  2. Contact the company elsewhere

    Most companies have an Instagram profile where you can remind them that you sent them a chat message on the Make Influence platform if you've been waiting a long time for a response. Another option is to find their contact information on their website, such as their phone number and email, and contact them that way

  3. Contact Make Influence
