How do I update my profile and billing information?

There are different information you can customize on the platform: your profile and billing information.

In the top right corner, on the furthest icon to the right, you can click on your profile and update various information.

When you access your profile, you have the option to update various information (as shown in the image below). Here, you can update the following:

1. Profile information

  • Your profile picture (e.g. logo)

  • Your name and registered email address, which you provided when signing up. We use this to contact you and send emails from our system.

  • Password

  • Company information, including Company Name + Display Name and company description

  • Email notification settings. The specified email address will receive emails, for example, when an Influencer applies to your campaign, or when you have unread messages from an Influencer.

2. Invoice information

On the platform, you can update your billing information under Billing. This includes specifying the email address to which invoices should be sent, as well as your VAT number and billing address.
