Writing an Invitation Message to Your Potential Creator Partners

Are you interested in launching a campaign with creator partners? If so, great! Inviting creators for collaboration is the first step. In order to make sure your invitation message stands out and gets their attention, here are a few tips on what to include in your invitation message.

Before You Begin Your Invitation Message

Before you write your invitation message, it is important to understand the product/concept/brand you are offering to the creators. The more personal your initial message, the more likely the creator will consider it with interest. You should also make sure that you let the creator know that what they are offering is equally important to you.

The Initial Invitation Message

Example:

"Hi xxx, We are looking for new partners for our campaign, where we think you would fit perfectly! Our product/concept/brand is about xxx. We hope this could be of interest to you and look forward to hearing back from you! 😊 Best regards, xxx"

Aligning Expectations

Once the creator has accepted your invitation message, now is the time to make sure both expectations are aligned. Make sure to ask for the following:

You should also agree on a minimum number of stories or posts that should be produced continuously during the campaign period. Here's an example invitation message:

Example:

"Hi xxx, Great that you want to be part of our campaign! If you send the following to us, we will send xxx to you 😊 Full name, Address, Email, Phone number. We hope you are ready to create content for us continuously during the campaign period. If possible, we could agree on a minimum of x stories, if you would like to do that? Let us know what you think! We look forward to a great collaboration 😊 Best regards, xxx"

Making Sure They Received the Products

Once the creator has been enrolled it is important to ensure they received the products they will be promoting. Sending a message to check they received it can also serve as your opportunity to suggest ideas of the kind of content they can produce. Here's an example of such a message:

Example:

"Hi xxx, I just wanted to check if you have received your products yet? If not, please let me know 😁 Maybe you would like to do an unboxing where you show the products you have received and talk about them at the same time? Please tag us in your stories and posts - we love following the cool content being made and we would also love to have the opportunity to repost, if that's okay with you of course? 😊 Feel free to ask if there is anything. And otherwise, just go for it! πŸ’ͺ🏼 I really think this can turn out great! " Best regards, xxx"

Keeping the Conversation Going During the Campaign Period

Make sure to have an active dialogue with your creators throughout the campaign period. This is important - you should be sending messages and conversations regularly. Even joint messages that you can all reply to work great. Here's an example of a joint message:

Example:

"Hi everyone, Now we are hitting the xth week of the campaign πŸ’ͺ🏼 I have already seen lots of great stories and posts from you, and just wanted to remind you that you still have the opportunity to make many more sales πŸ₯³ I think it works great with the stories where you show the products while talking about them - are you up for doing more of them? Best regards, xxx"

Praising Your Creators

If your creators have made a sale, definitely make sure to give them praise. This serves as an encouragement to keep doing what they are doing, and can help them engaging their followers even more. Here's an example message:

Example:

"Hi xxx, Awesome with the sales you made in the last promotion! We are happy about that! Please continue your good work! Maybe you would like to promote again within 1-2 weeks? :-) We look forward to seeing even more support from your followers Best regards, xxx"

Wrapping Up

At the end of the day, it is all about relationship building with the creators. Developing a relationship with the creators you are working with is just as important as setting up the campaign itself. They will become the ambassadors for your brand, and the messages you are sending to them should reflect how much you value their partnership.

Inviting creators for collaboration is an important step in launching your campaign and making sure it is successful. Following these tips should help you make sure you are sending the right message and engaging with the creators in the best way possible.
