If you have set the start date for your campaign to be one day in the future, it will show as "awaiting start" with a yellow marking. The campaign can still be published, and you have the option to invite creators to apply for your campaign - if it's public. The creators promotion link will only work from the day the campaign starts. Below you can see an example of a campaign that is awaiting the start.
Tip: You can choose to set the start date in the future if you are launching or promoting something in the future where you want to have the opportunity to be ahead of time in terms of getting creators signed up and getting any products sent out.
