🛠️ How to Enable Same Weekend Whole Charging
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Go to System Setup
Click on your profile in the bottom left.
Navigate to System Setup using the gear icon or the main navigation.
2. Access Rate Definitions
In the setup menu, go to Pricing.
Click on Rate Definitions — this is where you configure how your pricing works for different durations.
3. Create a Rate Definition
Click “Add Rate Definition” to create a new one.
4. Enable Weekend Charging
In the rate definition, locate the Weekend Charging section.
Make sure weekend charging is enabled.
5. Choose “Same Weekend Whole Charging”
You’ll now see a new option:
Same Weekend Whole Charging
With this active, any hire that starts and ends between Friday evening and Monday morning will only be charged a single weekend rate.
6. Save Your Changes
Once configured, click Save to apply the new rate definition.
You can now assign this rate to your products, services, or contracts as needed.
