Changes made to surcharge groups on an account do not retroactively update existing orders.
This feature helps ensure pricing consistency across orders linked to the same account.
1. Navigate to the Account
Go to Accounts.
Open the account you’d like to update.
2. Add Surcharge Groups to the Account
Scroll to the Surcharge Groups section (or click the appropriate tab, depending on your layout).
Click on the search bar.
Select the relevant surcharge group.
💡 You can assign multiple surcharge groups if needed.
3. Create or Edit an Order
Start a new order, or open an existing order.
In the Account field, select the account you’ve added surcharge groups to.
4. Surcharge Groups Automatically Applied
Once the account is selected, the order will automatically inherit the surcharge groups from the account.
