What is it?

The Tax Summary Report allows you to view a breakdown of taxes by invoice number or credit note. It’s invaluable if:

  • You’re not connected to a finance system.

  • You’re using US tax and need to identify invoices with Heavy Equipment Tax.

  • Use this report to cross-check tax amounts before entering them into your accounting system.

⚠️ Note: This report is not intended for submission to tax authorities. Use your finance system (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) for official tax reporting.

How to Use the Tax Summary Report

Step 1: Access the Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu.

  2. Select the Tax Summary Report from the list.

Step 2: Choose Your Filter

You can filter the report by:

  • Invoice Number

  • Credit Note

  • Account

You can use the dropdown or search bar to select the relevant filter.

Step 3: Export or Print

  • Use the Export button to download the report as a CSV or PDF.

  • You can also print the report directly from the interface.
