Step 1: Navigate to Product Edit Screen
Go to Products from the main menu.
Select the product you want to edit.
Click Edit to open the product details.
Step 2: Access the Location Tab
In the product edit screen, locate the Location tab.
Click on the tab to view location-specific stock settings.
Step 3: Enter Stock Level Values
You will now see three new fields:
Minimum Level: The lowest quantity you want to maintain for this product at the location.
Maximum Level: The highest quantity you want to keep in stock.
Reorder Level: The threshold at which you should reorder stock.
Example:
Minimum:
10Maximum:
100Reorder Level:
20
Fill in these values based on your inventory strategy.
Step 4: Save Changes
After entering the values, click Save.
These settings will now apply to the selected location for the product.
Step 5: View on Sales Stock Availability
Stock Availability > changes stock type to sales.
You will now see the Minimum, Maximum, and Reorder Level values displayed alongside stock quantities.
