Overview

The Checklists on Maintenance Due allows you to attach and complete checklists directly from Maintenance Due items.
This ensures consistent inspections, clearer maintenance records, and a more streamlined workflow—without switching between screens or relying on manual notes.

Step 1: Open the Maintenance Due List

  1. Navigate to Products & Services in the main menu.

  2. Select Maintenance Due.

Step 2: Select a Maintenance Due Item

  1. Click on a specific Maintenance Due record using the 3 dots.

  2. Open the maintenance item details by using carry out maintenance.

Step 3: Click the checklist button

  1. Within the Maintenance Due item, click and locate the Checklists section.

Step 4: Complete the Checklist During Maintenance

  1. Open the attached checklist directly from the Maintenance Due item.

  2. Work through each checklist item:

    • Tick completed checks

    • Enter notes where required

    • Record issues, faults, or observations

  3. Add photos or supporting details if your checklist supports attachments.

Step 5: Save and Finalise the Checklist

  1. Review the completed checklist for accuracy.

  2. Save or submit the checklist once all items are completed.

  3. Ensure any identified issues are captured clearly.

✅ Completed checklists are automatically linked to the maintenance record, creating a complete service history.
