Overview
The Checklists on Maintenance Due allows you to attach and complete checklists directly from Maintenance Due items.
This ensures consistent inspections, clearer maintenance records, and a more streamlined workflow—without switching between screens or relying on manual notes.
Step 1: Open the Maintenance Due List
Navigate to Products & Services in the main menu.
Select Maintenance Due.
Step 2: Select a Maintenance Due Item
Click on a specific Maintenance Due record using the 3 dots.
Open the maintenance item details by using carry out maintenance.
Step 3: Click the checklist button
Step 4: Complete the Checklist During Maintenance
Open the attached checklist directly from the Maintenance Due item.
Work through each checklist item:
Tick completed checks
Enter notes where required
Record issues, faults, or observations
Add photos or supporting details if your checklist supports attachments.
Step 5: Save and Finalise the Checklist
Review the completed checklist for accuracy.
Save or submit the checklist once all items are completed.
Ensure any identified issues are captured clearly.
✅ Completed checklists are automatically linked to the maintenance record, creating a complete service history.
