The Maintenance Due screen provides a breakdown of all of your stock levels that require maintenance and their due dates. With the Maintenance Due screen you can:
Book your items into Service
See a breakdown of all items due a maintenance including the last maintenance date
Filter by Product Group, Maintenance Type and Depot
A date range to look at maintenance upcoming or due within a period of time
Get Started
Head to Products and Services > Maintenance Due.
You can amend your criteria to search for maintenances due within a set time period, review specific product group's maintenances or filter by depot or maintenance type.
To book into service, simply navigate to the item you would like to book in and select the arrow menu
Select Book Into Service and the following pop up will appear:
You can add in any additional information:
Reference - Add in a reference or use the automatically created reference
Description - Add in any further details regarding the service for the workshop team
Start Date - Add in the expected start date of the service, this will affect the availability of this stock level
Open Ended - If you aren't sure of the end date of the service simply select open ended as Yes, if you know the dates it needs to be serviced by select No and enter the end date
When you're happy with the details, select OK and the item will be booked into service.
