You can now design and manage centralised email templates for all document layouts in OnRent Go. This gives your business a consistent, branded, and professional look whenever documents are sent to customers.

1. Navigate to the Email Template Settings
Log in to OnRent Go with a user that has access to System Setup.
Go to Roles.
Edit the Role > System Setup > enable email templates.
Go back to System Setup
Click Email Templates.
Here you’ll find all the supported document types (e.g., quotes, contracts, invoices, delivery notes, etc.) that can be customised with their own email templates.
2. Choose the Document Type to Configure
From the Email Templates screen, select the document type you want to create a template for.
Click Create New Template or edit an existing one if available.
Each document type can have its own unique messaging, layout, and branding.
3. Design Your Email Template
The email template editor provides a rich set of configuration options. You can customise:
Email Content
Subject line
Greeting and body text
Custom messaging for different customer interactions
Sign‑off and contact details
Branding Elements
Company logo
Headers & footers
Colour styling (depending on the editor’s capabilities)
Images
You can upload images for:
Seasonal promotions
Product highlights
Company updates
Customer notices
Just upload the asset, position it within the email body, and format as needed.
4. Save and Apply the Template
Review your template in the preview pane.
Click Save to store the template.
The template will now be used automatically whenever that document type is emailed to customers.
