Serialised Asset Utilisation Report

The Serialised Asset Utilisation Report gives you clear visibility into how often your serialised assets are being used over time. This helps you identify high-performing assets, monitor utilisation trends.

Viewing the Serialised Asset Utilisation Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the Navigation Bar.

  2. Open the Serialised Asset Utilisation Report.

  3. Use the available filters to refine the data shown, such as:

    • Date range

    • Stock category

    • Stock item

    • Asset

Including Historical Data

For existing accounts, historical utilisation data can be generated by running a one-off job.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Subscription & Billing.

  3. Locate the Serialised Asset Utilisation History job.

  4. Run the one-off process.

  5. Allow the job to complete.

  6. Once finished, historical utilisation data will be available within the report.

Note: This process only needs to be run once to populate historical utilisation records.
