If you’ve allocated, or booked out something in error on the Order, you can revert to the previous status by using the Revert option in the Action menu.

To revert an item, select revert in the Action Menu:
You can revert the following stages:
On Rent (Booked Out) items become allocated
Allocated items become reserved, reverting an allocated item will remove the item and replace it with a product
Note: You can’t revert Off Rent items.
