If equipment has been delivered or returned in error, or the customer has cancelled an item at delivery.
You can use the movements screen to cancel the delivery or return and revert to the previous status.
Get Started
Within an Order, select the movements screen to cancel deliveries and returns by selecting cancel in the action menu against that line on that movement:
You can:
Revert from On Rent (Booked Out) becoming Allocated
Revert from Off Rent (Booked in) becoming On Rent
Delete an Item
You can also delete a line from an Order after you have reverted it, provided the order line is not on an invoice or the movement is not yet signed.
