What is a trial?

When you first sign up, you are automatically enrolled into our free 30 day trial. If you choose to continue using our services after the trial, you will need to enter your card details into system setup > subscription and billing. If you choose not to continue using our services following a trial, you may cancel your account or simply let the trial expire.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you can start using OnRent straight away for free. When your trial ends (or when you love the product), you can add in your payment information in Subscription and Billing.

What are the OnRent pricing plans?

Your use of our services generally requires you to pay a monthly or annual subscription fee based on your subscription. The pricing plan may vary by region and includes information set out in the pricing page. Depending on your region, subscription fees may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes where relevant. Will you change my pricing?

They may change from time to time. If subscription fees change, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice in writing. If they do change, your continued use of the application after the change indicates your agreement with the new fees and charges after the effective date of the change.

Importance of timely payments

In order to continue accessing our services, you need to make timely payments based on the pricing plan you selected. To avoid delayed or missed payments, please make sure we have accurate payment information in subscription and billing. If we don’t receive timely payments, we may suspend access to your subscription until the payment is made.

Do I need to install any software?

OnRent is 100% web-based, meaning you can access it anywhere and there’s no software to install on your computer. You can even use OnRent on any device as long as it has access to a browser and the internet.

What if I need help getting started?

If you need help setting up your subscription, or have any questions about using OnRent, one of Customer Specialists will be on hand to help. OnRent support is included in your subscription pricing plan.

How easy is it to cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of your free 30 day trial if card details are not provided. If you would like to cancel your subscription prior to the end of the trial, you can easily do this via System Setup > Close my Account.

If you are a paying customer you can cancel anytime, if you would like to cancel your subscription you can easily do this via System Setup > Close my Account.
