To create a mileage-based maintenance schedule, follow these steps:
Go to Tickets > Calendar > Manage Service Plans (top-right) > Create Service Plan (top-right)
Select Mileage
Enter a Name for the plan
Set the mileage interval by adding the miles or kilometers in the Repeats every field
You can add labels and a checklist (optional).
Click on Create
Choose whether to create the service plan for an entire hub (all vehicles at a specific location) or for specific vehicles, such as a particular model or vehicle group. You can select multiple vehicles or multiple hubs
You can select from the drop-down menu the users who will be notified once the ticket is created, and you can also decide if you want to add an estimated ticket duration (optional).
To complete the process, click Create
Once configured, the service plan repeats automatically. A new maintenance ticket is created every time a vehicle reaches the specified mileage interval.
