How do I create a summary report for my regulatory meetings?

A: Create a Safety Report (Medication Safety Events > Safety Report) with a custom data range and give it a name/title. Generate the report to create the table and the 4 questions with or without even summaries. During the meeting the team can answer the questions and save the report. It will be archived in the Safety Report section of Insights Pro.
