If you don’t see the confirmation email from Pickem, it’s usually a quick fix. Here’s what you can try:
1. Check your folders
Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folders—the email may have been filtered.
Search for “Pickem” in your inbox to make sure it isn’t hidden.
2. Make sure the email is correct
Double-check that you entered the correct email address when signing up or requesting the confirmation.
Typos in your email address are the most common reason for not receiving it.
3. Wait a few minutes
Sometimes emails take a little longer to arrive. Wait 2–5 minutes and refresh your inbox.
4. Request a new email
Go back to the app and choose Resend Email to generate a new confirmation link.
5. Check your connection and settings
Make sure you’re connected to the internet.
If you use strict filters or corporate email servers, the message may be blocked.
