Learn what to do if you’ve lost access to the email linked to your Pickem account and how to update it safely.

Updated over a week ago

Your email address is the main way we verify your identity and secure your Pickem account. If you no longer have access to the email you originally registered with, don’t worry—there are steps we can take to help.

1. Try to recover your email account first

  • Contact your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) and follow their recovery steps.

  • In many cases, you can restore access by confirming your phone number, backup email, or answering security questions.

2. Contact Pickem Support

If you can’t recover your email:

  • Reach out to Pickem Support through the in-app chat or our website.

  • Be ready to provide additional verification to confirm your identity. Depending on your account, this may include:

    • Basic details (full name, date of birth, phone number)

    • Proof of home address

    • A government-issued ID with face verification

3. Update your account

Once verified, our Support Team will help update your account to a new email address that you control.

👉 Important: For security reasons, we cannot make changes to your registered email address without first completing strict verification checks. This ensures your account and wallet remain safe.
