Travelers can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with Travelers. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Travelers carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your Travelers Producer Code. This will be a 6-digit alphanumeric code. If your code is less than 6 digits, please add leading zeros.
You can find your producer code on Travelers' Agent Portal, as shown below. In this example, the user will enter “0XL023” as their producer code.
Step 5. Once you have entered your Producer Code into the Terminal, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
