Why and for what purpose does the table with the respective filters exist at all?
The analysis of individual products can be very annoying; it takes days to weeks to analyze a whole store and probably even some profitable products are missed or not found at all.
That's why we wanted to do it differently. We want to provide the user with such a good user interface that it is super easy to analyze stores in order to find as many and profitable products as possible.
The table simplifies your analysis; it helps you to sort and filter several thousand products according to your preferences and to pick the best results.
Example of why you need our table with suitable filters to analyze
Are you looking for products with an 8% profit margin, at least 5€ profit each and minimum 30 sales per month?
That's absolutely no problem. We show you all products from your scanned stores within a few seconds. We calculate all Amazon fees directly in our table and show you the most important KPIs in the arbitrage game.
No software has ever made it so easy for you to find new products.
All functions explained in the table
View:
At the top of the View menu, you can switch between FBA and FBM.
The selected fulfillment method affects the Amazon fees used in the profitability calculations. As a result, values such as profit, margin, ROI, and break-even price may change depending on your selection.
FBA – Fulfillment by Amazon:
You send your inventory to Amazon, and Amazon handles storage, packaging, shipping, customer service, and returns.
FBM – Fulfillment by Merchant:
You are responsible for storing, packaging, and shipping the products yourself.
FBM may be particularly useful for larger or heavier products. When using FBM, make sure to consider your own shipping and fulfillment costs.
Customizing the Table Columns
Below the fulfillment setting, you can choose which column groups should be displayed in the table.
Available groups can include:
Supplier Image
Amazon Image
Keepa Chart
Product
Profitability
Market Signals
Use the checkbox next to a group to show or hide it.
Some groups can also be expanded using the arrow on the right. This allows you to select individual columns within the group.
The number shown next to a group indicates how many of its available columns are currently enabled.
You can also rearrange the columns directly inside the table using drag and drop. Simply click and hold a column header, then move it to the desired position.
This allows you to place the most important information at the beginning of the table and create a layout that better matches your personal sourcing workflow.
Use the reset icon in the top-right corner of the View menu to restore the default configuration.
Filters/Presets:
You can find everything about the filters in this guide: Click here.
The main table
In the table, you'll find various sections. At the forefront are the Actions, which are fixed and remain in place. This means they cannot be moved.
The other elements within the table can be rearranged at any time. Simply press and hold on the tab and move it to your desired location, similar to how you would in the columns.
You also have the option to filter in real-time without having to set an active filter. Simply click on the three lines next to the category and select your filter.
Detailed explanations of the filters can be found further below. You have the flexibility to customize your table as you wish. For instance, by clicking on "Supplier Price" or "ROI", you can sort in ascending or descending order, providing a clearer overview.
Mark as Reviewed
The Mark as Reviewed feature helps you keep track of deals that you have already checked and prevents the same opportunities from appearing repeatedly in your workflow.
You can manually mark a product as reviewed by clicking the eye icon displayed in the action area of our ProfitPath tables.
ProfitPath will also automatically mark a product as reviewed as soon as you interact with it in any way. This includes actions such as:
Opening the product link
Clicking an action button
Opening or interacting with the Keepa charts
Using any other interactive product feature
This means you do not always need to click the eye icon manually. Any interaction that indicates you have looked at the product will count as a review.
This makes it easier to focus on new opportunities and prevents you from checking the same deals multiple times.
The Actions are designed to enable you to quickly perform various tasks:
You can find a description and where to manage these action buttons here.
How can you best use the table and the respective filters in your everyday life?
We at ProfitPath recommend creating different filters for your use cases - be it a filter for Lego products, Garden, Electronics or different targets such as margin or profit for each store.
You can of course also create different filters for different stores or wholesalers that suit you in order to be able to source even faster.
It gives you a decisive advantage over all people without this tool. You can simply recognize profitable deals much faster than anyone else.
That's why we recommend choosing different filter presets that are customized for you to work quickly. Not every filter preset will work straight away - it's really trial and error and you have to dig in to find the best preset for you.
