Why and for what purpose does the table with the respective filters exist at all?
The analysis of individual products can be very annoying; it takes days to weeks to analyze a whole store and probably even some profitable products are missed or not found at all.
That's why we wanted to do it differently. We want to provide the user with such a good user interface that it is super easy to analyze stores in order to find as many and profitable products as possible. That can later be sold on Amazon or other platforms at a profit. Our product is designed for Amazon, but there are also many products that are also profitable on other marketplaces such as Kaufland or Ebay.
The table simplifies your analysis; it helps you to sort and filter several thousand products according to your preferences and to pick the best results.
Example of why you need our table with suitable filters to analyze
Are you looking for products with an 8% profit margin, at least 5€ profit each and minimum 30 sale sper month?
That's absolutely no problem. We show you all products from your scanned stores within a few seconds. We calculate all Amazon fees directly in our table and show you the most important KPIs in the arbitrage game.
No software has ever made it so easy for you to find new products.
All functions explained in the table
Settings:
FBA/FBM Switch:
One of the most important components when analyzing are the settings. Here you can switch between Amazon FBA and FBM, which means that the fees are calculated differently. FBA and FBM differ in terms of profit, so it is important to decide whether you want to sell your product FBA or FBM. FBM can be particularly worthwhile for larger and heavier products. When switched to FBM, a new filter will be available: Shipping Costs.
FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon): A service where you send your goods to Amazon. Amazon then takes care of all the rest for you, including storage, packaging, shipping and customer service.
FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant): A model in which the seller is responsible for the storage, packaging, shipping and customer service of their products.
BuyBox Active:
With this feature you can choose between products with an active, not active Amazon BuyBox.
Yes: Products with active BuyBox.
No: Products with no active BuyBox.
Mix: Products with a mix of both, active and non-active BuyBox.
Variant Listings:
With this feature you can choose between products with or without variants, or a mix of both.
Yes: Products with variants.
No: Products without variants.
Mix: Products with variants and without variants.
Product Availability:
With this feature you can choose between In-stock, OOS & Mix products.
In-stock: Only products that were in stock at the time of the scan are displayed here.
OOS: Only products that were sold out at the time of the scan are displayed here.
Mix: Here we show you all products, both in-stock and sold-out products.
Discount Percentage %:
Often there are various discounts on websites that you can use. Here, for example, you have found a 10% newsletter voucher on Flaconi. You enter 10% in the field and all data will be recalculated. Also don't forget to use and calculate with Cashback. Many websites have good Cashback rates and you can make thousands back by using those!
Discount Flat fee €:
There are often various discounts on websites that you can use. Here, for example, you have found a €20 off voucher on Flaconi. You enter the amount of your voucher in the field and all data will be recalculated.
Prep Fee €:
You have the chance to send all your products to a so-called Prep Center, which will then label the product for you and prepare it for Amazon shipping. Many Prep Centers charge a "Prep Fee" e.g. 1€ per product. You can also enter this prep fee in the settings to get an even more accurate sourcing result so that all your costs for the product purchase are taken into account.
Columns:
When you open the columns you have the chance to switch them on and off during research. You also have the possibility to customize your table in real time, which means you can reposition the different tabs so that you have the most important KPIs in view. Simply drag and drop the sections in the order you would like to have.
Filters/Presets:
You can find everything about the filters in this guide: Click here.
The main table
In the table, you'll find various sections. At the forefront are the Actions, which are fixed and remain in place. This means they cannot be moved.
The other elements within the table can be rearranged at any time. Simply press and hold on the tab and move it to your desired location, similar to how you would in the columns.
You also have the option to filter in real-time without having to set an active filter. Simply click on the three lines next to the category and select your filter.
Detailed explanations of the filters can be found further below. You have the flexibility to customize your table as you wish. For instance, by clicking on "Supplier Price" or "ROI", you can sort in ascending or descending order, providing a clearer overview.
The Actions are designed to enable you to quickly perform various tasks:
You can find a description and where to manage these action buttons here.
How can you best use the table and the respective filters in your everyday life?
We at ProfitPath recommend creating different filters for your use cases - be it a filter for Lego products, Garden, Electronics or different targets such as margin or profit for each store.
You can of course also create different filters for different stores or wholesalers that suit you in order to be able to source even faster.
It gives you a decisive advantage over all people without this tool. You can simply recognize profitable deals much faster than anyone else.
That's why we recommend choosing different filter presets that are customized for you to work quickly. Not every filter preset will work straight away - it's really trial and error and you have to dig in to find the best preset for you.
