What Is the Presets Manager?
The Presets Manager allows you to save, organize, and quickly apply your favorite filter settings across ProfitPath research modules.
Instead of configuring the same filters every time you start a new search, you can save your preferred setup as a preset and apply it with a single click.
This is especially useful if you regularly use different sourcing strategies.
Creating a Preset
Configure your filters as desired.
Click the Create button in the Presets Manager.
Enter a name for your preset.
Save the preset.
Your filter configuration will now be stored and can be reused at any time.
Applying a Preset
To load a saved preset:
Select the preset from the dropdown menu.
Click Apply.
All saved filter settings will immediately be applied to your current search.
Managing Presets
The Presets Manager provides several actions to help you organize your presets.
⭐ Set as Favorite
Mark a preset as your favorite by clicking the star icon.
Your favorite preset will automatically appear as the first preset in the Presets Manager across all ProfitPath modules, making it quick and easy to access your most frequently used filter configuration.
📋 Duplicate a Preset
Use the copy icon to create a duplicate of an existing preset.
This is useful when you want to make small adjustments without changing the original preset.
💾 Save Changes
After modifying a preset, click the save icon to update it with your current filter settings.
✏️ Rename a Preset
Click the edit icon to change the preset name.
This helps keep your presets organized as your sourcing strategies evolve.
🗑️ Delete a Preset
Click the trash icon to permanently remove a preset that you no longer need.
Best Practices
Many users create separate presets for different sourcing strategies, such as:
High-margin products
Fast-moving products
Wholesale sourcing
Different Amazon marketplace regions
Using presets allows you to switch between strategies instantly without manually adjusting filters every time.
Save Time and Stay Consistent
The Presets Manager helps you standardize your research process, reduce manual work, and ensure that you always search using your preferred filter settings.
