To add new members to the club you will need the following information on members:
· First Name
· Last Name
· Date of Birth
Log in to Tahdah
Click on the ‘My Organisations’ tab.
Click on the circular icon on the left-hand side of the club name.
(N.B if you have added a picture for the club this will be the picture, if not it will be a number).
Alternatively, you can access it in the top right-hand corner. If you hover over the circular icon a drop down will appear which will display your organisations.
(N.B if you have added a picture this will be your picture, if not it will be your initials).
Click on the Our People tab.
Click on admin on the right-hand side. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on add person to add an individual. For information uploading members in bulk click here
A pop up box will appear, you will need to fill in some basic details to add the member. At this stage you will need to add: First Name; Last Name, Email and Year of Birth.
Once you’ve added the data hit ‘Next’.
To help the system to verify an individual a second pop up box will appear. At this stage you will need to supply their Gender and Date of Birth. Once you’ve added the data hit ‘Create Person’.
You will now be prompted to assign a club role. Please note Club Chairs and Admins can do this at a later date. Check out How to change the club role of individuals or remove individuals from your club for more information on changing roles at a later date.
At this point you will also be asked if you would like to add a membership to the individuals record*
You can select a membership type and select to pay for the individual’s membership. Please be aware that if you chose for the club to pay then the club will be billed upon renewal.
Once you have decided if you would like to assign a club role and membership click Save and Close
The individual will now receive an email to join the club on tahdah. For information on the process of an individual joining your club click here.
*This is not a mandatory step and can be left as ‘none’
